Press Brake Operator 

Requirements
  • Establish & operate sheet metal equipment to fabricate products per engineering drawings & parameters
  • Perform loading & unloading of material by changing & selecting required tools & machine programs
  • Maximize machine run time plus productivity
  • Inspect & maintain equipment for conformance with safety requirements
  • Operate fabricator & supervise machine operation to identify malfunction
  • Maximize material use by applying nesting techniques & client tooling
  • Ensure engineering specifications of manufactured parts
  • Perform from blueprints, engineering parameters, & production schedules
  • SKILLS: Basic reading, writing, arithmetic; ability to read blue prints; Knowledge of precision measuring instruments (i.e. calipers, micrometers, gages, etc.); Basic computer knowledge; Previous experience preferred

Laser Operator

Requirements
  • Operate a multi-axis laser
  • Perform typical laser cutting & programming operations
  • Read & interpret prints & mechanical drawings
  • Edit programs to accomplish offset and part nesting
  • Create & compile necessary documents to aide in setting up laser machine
  • Ability to operate: forklift, hand cutting torch, pendant jib, gantry, & overhead cranes
  • Inspect: finished product to ensure quality & engineer specifications
  • SKILLS: Basic reading, writing, & math skills; Comfortable converting fractions to decimals & vice versa; Ability to read blueprints; Knowledge of precision instruments; Basic computer knowledge; PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED; FAMILARITY WITH TRUMPF TRULASER 2030 & SIGMANEST SOFTWARE A PLUS

Machinist

Requirements
  • Prepare & operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, tapping, milling, etc.
  • Understand specifications of the task & desired result from reading blueprints & mechanical drawings
  • Translate instructions into computer commands so machines perform correct function
  • Set machines to complete full fabrication cycles, single or repeating
  • Inspect finished product to ensure engineer specifications
  • SKILLS: Ability to read & interpret mechanical documents & drawings; Ability to read precision measurement tools; Computer knowledge of CAD/CAM; Mechanical aptitude & good math skills; Keen eye for detail & results driven approach; PREVIOUS CNC MACHINERY & TOOLING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
